Designed for the healthcare environment, the TreadNought Floor Sensor Mat is an alternative and affordable way to monitor resident activities – from falls and wandering, to “keeping an eye” on potentially aggressive residents. Place the mat next to the bedside, in a doorway, or the entry to an unstaffed area of your facility, and when someone steps on the mat, the TreadNought will activate the alert so you can respond quickly.

The TreadNought integrates with other SafePresence products, and with most nurse call systems. With one step on the mat the alert is activated – it only takes a little more than 9 pounds of pressure to send the first signal.

And the TreadNought Floor Sensor Mat is built to last – it’s more durable than most mats, it’s anti-bacterial and easy to clean. Its beveled edge and textured surface reduce the risk of tripping, and if it’s placed on a slick surface, optional anti-mesh material helps keep it in place.
